Nominations for any Training programme should be sponsored through the respective controlling officer. Candidates should not submit the nomination directly to HCM RIPA.
Usually, the nominations sponsored by the controlling officers are deemed to be confirmed unless otherwise communicated. Nominated Officers may get confirmation letter if needed, from the concerned Course Director.
The controlling officers nominate the officer for training according to their need and priority. Officer may request their HODs to sponsor him for any of the listed programmes of his choice.
No Fees is to be paid by individuals for any programme conducted in HCM RIPA, however there are programmes that are sponsored by departments /agencies.
TA and DA has to be borne by the concerned Departments only
During the Training period, all trainees will become a temporary member of HCM RIPA library. They can refer and borrow books during the Training Period. Before getting relieved from training they have to return the Books. If any official is interested to become a regular member of HCM RIPA library, he has to pay a Deposit to HCM RIPA and a letter from the controlling officer is must. Details and form can be obtained from the Library.
Right now there are no such programmes .
