Introduction
Regional training centre, HCM RIPA was established in August 1983 as Accounts Training School at Bikaner. Initially it was started in a rental building at Jaipur road. On 11 may 1999 it has been shifted to newly constructed building. This building is extended in area of 16 Bigha land and contains following structure-
a) Two Training Halls
b) One Computer Lab.
c) One Big Library Hall
This building is situated near Naganechiji Temple in Marudhar colony Bikaner.
The center has been developed as a satellite training center and numbers of courses are being organized regularly. Verity of courses can be summarized as follows-
a) Foundation Courses of subordinate Accounts and other services.
b) Refresher courses.
c) Induction Courses at other district headquarters.
d) Specific training course on various subjects like financial /administrative rules, RTI, e-governance/IFMS etc
The center roles as “Regional Center for Management Studies” and additional director (Acct.) bears the charge of Additional Registrar of CMS Bikaner.
Hostel
The building contains eight earlier constructed and Six newly constructed (2016) rooms for hostel facility. These rooms facilitated with furniture & fixtures and other facilities. Eight rooms are well maintain and ready to stay for trainees and also the large Mess of hostel is well maintain.
Virtual Classroom
One of the lecture halls has been developed as VIRTUAL CLASS ROOM which contains following facilities -
a) Two Cameras
b) One LCD TV
c) Screen Display Machine with UPS
d) Broad Band line
e) e-podium
f) IP Camera
Computer Room
One of the rooms has been developed as computer lab. It contains 17 sets of computer with accessories and projection system. The center organizes various computer training programmes successfully as allotted.
IP Camera Surveillance
Whole HCM Ripa campus is under surveillance of latest IP Cameras. Total 11 IP cameras are installed at the campus.
Audio Visual And Other Equipments
There are two LCD Projector, three Overhead Projector, two PAS, two colored TV, a generator,
two water cooler, one purification system and a UPS(15KV) are available in the center. It’s
remarkable that most of said equipments are of earlier makes/obsolete technology.
Library
A sufficient size hall is available for library. Now last one year library is having new purchases of books, furniture, racks and computer. Whole library is well maintain and organized. Presently the total number of books in the Library is 3799. National & Local Newspapers and Magazines & Journals are available for the readers.
Residential Facilities
There are 5 residential quarters of different categories available in the center and out of them 4 have been allotted to the staff. All residential quarters are well maintained .
