The Centre for Gender Studies (CGS) has been started in 2012 taking off from the erstwhile Women and Child Resource Centre. It is headed by a full-fledged Professor and is dedicated to mainstreaming gender concerns in all RIPA activities including research, trainings, projects and publications.
