RIPA has a spread-out campus at Jaipur, located in idyllic surroundings. The infrastructural facilities comprise classrooms, conference rooms, committee rooms, faculty rooms, library, canteen, computer training centre and an auditorium film studio. The Institute hostel (Vishranti) can accommodate more than 250 trainee officers at a time. There are also a number of furnished cottages and Guest House for visiting faculty. Facilities for various indoor and outdoor games like tennis, badminton, volleyball, cricket, swimming and gym are available here. The Institute has video conferencing facilities and four of its classrooms have been developed as smart classrooms. All the classroom at Jaipur has integrated digital podium which includes LCD projector, computer and audio system.

The Institute has excellent class room facilities spread across the campus in four blocks named Nehru Bhawan, Patel Bhawan, Centre for Good Governance and Vishranti Block.

All the class rooms and conference hall are equipped with Integrated Digital Podium consisting of Computers, Audio System, Multi Media Projector, Audio System and Internet access.

The Institute's Jaipur campus has state-of-the-art IT infrastructure with a fully integrated campus-wide networking of more than 150 computers having Internet access. There are two computer labs with a capacity to train nearly 55 participants at a time. Computer Training Centre has facility of video conferencing which can be used for broadcasting sessions at Udaipur and Bikaner training centres. Most part of the campus is Wi-Fi enabled. Jodhpur and Kota centres also have fully equipped computer labs with internet facilities.

HCM RIPA has an excellent library having a collection of about 46000 books in the areas of social sciences, public administration, management, computer sciences, disaster management, rural development, economics, urban development, women and child studies etc. Besides subscribing to about 125 journals and periodicals, it also receives on a regular basis annual reports from national and state organisations.

The Institute has excellent facilities for the officers undergoing training courses at HCM RIPA, beside having residential quarters for Director General, Faculty and Staff.The Institute Hostel also called Vishranti, can accommodate more than 225 trainee officers at a time which has single and double occupancy. All the rooms are either air-conditioned or air cooled. There are cottages for senior officers attending various courses. The accommodation for the faculty facilitating in various courses and senior officers visiting the Institute are provided accommodation the Institute’s Guest House.There are separate dining halls available for Vishranti, Cottages and Guest House. It also has chess board and carom board for indoor sports activities. The Officers' Club caters to the recreational needs of trainees. A Consumer Cooperative Store with a New Craft Centre and Cafe serves the domestic needs of both campus inmates and trainee officers. Besides, banking and medical facilities are also available within the campus. Residential facilities for faculty and staff also exist on the campus.

The Institute’s Medical Centre provides medical services to all the officer-trainees, faculty members, staff and their families. It is manned by a Senior Medical Officer, Nursing and Para-Medical Staff. The general medicine and minimal pathological tests are done free of charge. It is open during morning and evening; however doctor is available on call in case of emergency.
